What you’ll do

• Manage our ongoing projects and serve as the operational interface for clients, creators and production
• Coordinate timelines, deliver briefings, manage feedback – and ensure structure/li>
• Scout talents, expand our network and maintain internal databases
• Develop your own ideas – and implement them actively in projects
• Work with a team that lives up to the highest quality standards – internally and externally

What you bring

• Initial experience in project coordination, talent management or social media
• Strong communication skills – clear, solution-oriented and with presence
• Organizational talent, proactivity and the desire to improve things
• Excellent German and English skills
• A desire for responsibility, new tools and real processes
