What you’ll do

• Develop custom proposals and guide brands into the world of live commerce
• Manage the entire sales process – from first contact to long-term partnership
• Use tools like TikTok Shop, Sprii & Co. and communicate their value
• Collaborate closely with strategy, production and software partners
• Develop new ideas for formats, packages and collaboration models

What you bring

• Experience in sales, business development or account management – ideally in the digital/creator space
• Strong communication skills – clear, committed, persuasive
• Strategic thinking and a strong understanding of platforms
• Independent, solution-focused work style
• Excellent German and English skills
